Materials & Care

Hand Wash or Use Delicate Cycle: To keep your Kunoji gear in top shape, handle it with care. Hand washing is best, but if you use a washing machine, choose the delicate cycle with cold water. For embroidered and printed items, turn them inside out to protect the designs.
Use Mild Detergent: Avoid harsh detergents, fabric softeners, and bleach, as they can damage the fabrics. Stick to mild detergent for gentle cleaning.
Air Dry: Skip the dryer after washing. Lay your Kunoji pieces flat or hang them to air dry. Keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Store Carefully: To maintain the shape, fold your Kunoji items neatly and store them in a drawer or on a hanger. Keep them away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Don't forget to Iron: Many Kunoji items, especially those made from cotton and linen, tend to wrinkle. Iron on the flip side using low heat. For embroidered and printed items, iron inside out with a cloth between the iron and fabric to protect the designs.

Description

A tapered sweatpant with a dropped, relaxed upper half. The leg narrows steadily from the knee to a ribbed cuff, so the pant stacks neatly at the ankle and shows off the shoe.

The waist is mid-rise with an elastic band and drawstring. The fabric is a cotton blend, 56% cotton, with a slight stretch for movement.

Three shades: dark grey, black and grey. Dark grey is the most versatile; black is the cleanest.

The shape

Yawa is a tapered jogger with a relaxed top. The hip is roomy (100cm at XS, measured round), the thigh is easy, and from the knee the leg narrows to a ribbed cuff. The result is a pant that looks full from the side but neat at the ankle.

Mid-rise, with an elastic waistband and a drawstring. The chart gives the waist as a range (70 to 73cm at XS) because of the elastic. Length runs from 94cm (XS) to 101cm (3XL); the cuffs gather any extra, so the pant does not drag.

Fabric

A cotton blend, 56% cotton, with slight stretch, which helps through the knee when you sit or crouch.
