Dragons on three surfaces
The embroidery is split across the chest, sleeves and back, not packed into one panel. The front carries two dragons facing each other, with blossoms, high across the upper chest. Each sleeve has a dragon coiling down the arm. The back holds the largest scene: a dragon, a golden crescent moon, white clouds and red floral branches.
The thread is silver, grey, white, red and gold. The stitching is dense and raised, so it has weight and texture against the smooth satin.
The bomber underneath
The frame is a bomber: waist to hip length, a full-length silver-tone metal zip, and raglan sleeves with diagonal seams. The collar is a ribbed baseball-style knit in black with red stripes. The cuffs and the wide hem band are striped rib too, and they gather the jacket in at the wrists and waist. Two diagonal welt pockets with red borders sit at the waist.
In the Burgundy colourway, the body is black and the sleeves are wine red. The colour change follows the raglan seam.
The cloth and the season
The surface is a smooth satin weave with a high-gloss finish. It catches light, so creases and reflections show on both the black and red panels. The jacket is listed as thin and for autumn. That makes it a layer for cool days and evenings, not for cold weather.
Sizing without a chart
Per-size measurements are not published for this jacket yet, so we cannot give you a chest or length number. The sizes are M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL and XXXXL. The maker's height and weight guide covers 165-195cm and 50-120kg across the range.
The cut is listed as casual, though one listing calls it fitted. If you are between sizes, take the larger. The ribbed cuffs and hem hold the shape in, and a tight shoulder or chest is harder to fix than extra room. The return window is 14 days, the return label is paid by the customer, and refunds go to the original payment method.
Pros and cons
- Pro: embroidery on the chest, sleeves and back, so the jacket reads from every side
- Pro: full-length zip, plus welt pockets set at the waist
- Pro: a plain bomber shape, so the rest of the outfit can stay simple
- Con: the loudest piece in any outfit, by design
- Con: listed as thin, so it is not a winter coat
- Con: no published measurements yet
Who it suits
It suits someone who wants one statement layer and will keep everything else plain. A black or white tee and dark straight trousers work. It does not suit anyone after a quiet jacket, a warm winter layer, or a size confirmed to the centimetre before ordering.
